DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF THE COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION AND ECONOMICS, FIRST PHASE, AT FALLUJAH UNIVERSITY, ANBAR GOVERNORATE
Scope of Work :
Our company has contracted with the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terroristic Operations (REFAATO) to implement this project. The scope of civil and architectural work is extensive. It includes excavation and leveling of the natural terrain for the entire 6,500 square meter building area, followed by burial with sub-base type A. Non-reinforced concrete will be poured over the sub-base, and molds will be created for pouring reinforced concrete in foundations, ties, walls, and columns. The project also involves molds for reinforced concrete in ceilings, curtains, bridges, elevators, stairs, and ramps. Building walls will be done using perforated red bricks, and aluminum windows with double-glazed tempered glass will be installed. All floors will be adorned with granite, while Spanish ceramic floors will be applied in bathrooms, facilities, kitchens, and warehouses. Ficus and whitewash work will be carried out for walls, and block tiles will be used for roofs. The project also encompasses comprehensive electrical, sanitary, mechanical, and information network installations.
